Noon-an-Night Marketing Announces New Internet Marketing Strategy

New firm created through merger highlights the benefits to its customers

Austin, Texas – Dec. 15, 2006 – Noon-an-Night Enterprises announced today it has completed its merger with BPD Ventures-a Houston based Internet Marketing firm.  BPD Ventures provides website development, internet and traditional marketing services to a variety of companies in the construction and building products industries.  The combined firm will operate as Noon-an-Night Marketing, but will continue to support the BPD brand name and will invest additional capital in BPD’s core businesses.  Christopher J. Noonan, President of Noon-an-Night Marketing, states “We are excited about the combination of these two companies.  This will increase our ability to react quickly when called upon with a high level of customer satisfaction.” 

Noonan also announced the retention of the firm’s top management to “ensure the continued delivery of quality internet development, marketing and web design services.  Noon-an-Night’s support model relies on our ability to analyze our client’s current situation and make an immediate impact on their bottom line.”  Noonan also remarked, “our proven expertise has helped grow our business while maintaining our focus on delivering quality service. Noon-an-Night Marketing will be headquartered in Austin, TX.  The company also has an office near Atlanta, GA and will continue to operate its office in Houston, TX
